what type of bait is best for trout?

hi,i am going fishing at lake salano’the river really’and i read that there are alot of troutand i was wondering witch bait would work the best between salmon eggs,trout bait/its rainbow and has little sparkle things in it,or just worms

All three baits can work, but it really just depends on the fish. Trout might be going for salmon eggs one day and the next, they’re hitting off of worm. You just never know. You should buy and take all three with you and test them out, see which one works the best that day.
