I see you have a dragon deck with a little bit more going for it than it probably needs. As a starting or “every once and awhile play” deck, it’s not bad… but not great in my opinion.
That answers your question. If you’d like some advice keep reading.
OK, I’ll make this simple. I’m gonna give you a couple of rules to building/improving a deck. I don’t want to tell you what to use because I don’t know what you have or can afford. First, you determine what you want to do theme and/or strategy wise. Since you’re using a dragon theme, this will be simple. Take all of the dragons that you would like to use. Try to use as few monsters as possible that would take a lot of resources/effects to summon. Second, gather all of the support in spell and trap form to assist your dragons. Be sure to only use cards that require few resources or costs to use, but still get the job done. Third, fill in the rest of the empty slots with cards that will NOT keep you from doing what you want, but will help you to get the job done. Continue to do this until you have at least 40 cards, but try not to go too far over 40.
Example:
I have a dragon deck with 39 cards and need one more. I’ve narrowed my choice to 3 cards. Which one shall I choose?
1 Gravity Bind will stop my opponent from attacking, but will also stop my luster dragons from attacking— bad card.
2 Draining Shield will stop 1 attack and grant me with extra life points, but my opponent’s monster is still a threat— decent card.
3 Sakuretsu Armor will destroy your opponents monster and protect yours— better card. I’ll go with this one!

Hope this helps. Good luck and have fun.
