dream about a carp/brim?
i’ve had this dream 3 times. i’m in a waist deep pool that is really pretty and clear. i have a few people with me and we’re just wading. i go underwater and see all these red fish. i go up and someone says “was it a brim?” and i reply “no it was a carp” they ask the same question and this time more angrily i reply “NO it was a carp!” then i go under and i come back up and i say “oh, well i guess it was a brim”………………….i also had a dream that i was walking by a river in a small gorge chewing raspberry flavored gum and a bruenette guy i’ve never seen before, who was walking in front of me with my best friend and her boyfriend, turned around and kissed me. if u could interpret both of these it would be greatly appreciated!

Red is the color of passion, and can relate to anger. Carp point to the need to let go of ego and pride and not let it get in the way of friendship. The family of bream is vast, and there are ocean and freshwater types, sizes and colors — just tons of different kinds — so the dream may be hinting that people can talk about the same thing from a great variety of perspectives and personal experiences, and each be “right” in their own way.
The clarity of the pool shows you have clarity of insight into the issue to which the dream relates.
The river dream suggests you have some pretty strong emotions which are being channeled through too narrow a gap, meaning there are feelings you want to express, but not enough room in your environment to express them.
With the boy kissing you, and your friend and her bf in the dream, it seems likely to me that you’re either wanting a bf, or being somewhat reserved. You have some passion and feelings you’d like to express, but it takes someone else’s involvement for you to express them without looking crazy.
The gum may have appeared because you actually had a desire to chew raspberry gum, but as a symbol, gum commonly means difficulty in expressing yourself. Raspberry can mean sticking out your tongue and spraying spit all over, but maybe you just like raspberry.
Is there a guy you like who you haven’t been able talk to? Someone who said something to you and you felt awkward?
The guy kissing you might be a wish, but kissing in dreams often occurs when the dreamer has had an intimate, personal conversation or interaction with someone, received a compliment, had a meaningful exchange, etc.
If nothing like what I’ve described happened, then it is either wishing that guy you have your eye on will notice you, or something will happen soon.
