Florida Fishing Wildlife Commission

How do you cite multiple uses from a source? Citing parentheses.?
I'm done with my paper, (almost completed) and I really used on a single source, because the other "source" was my memory of a documentary program animal planet I looked in the summer. This document is not a style of play so I just typed. (Intro, hit my points, and conclusion). Its only about 2 and a half pages and the limit was two pages. So anyway how can I quote my only source, he left myfwc.com which is the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission website. I'm not use to have one source and I do not see a use for another source, if I can get all work done from a single source. So how could I quote brackets? I looked and I tried to reformulate information in my own words, but a little trouble with the quote brackets since it's been a while.
