Stren Braided Fishing Line
Braided Fishing Lines?
I recently bought some Stren yellow braid line with a 8lb test and a diameter equal to that of a 3lb mono test, and I fish mostly at a local marina and rivers. Will the yellow color of the line spoke the fish in clear water,has anyone had any experience using colored braided line?
You shouldn’t have any problems, but if you do there’s a simple way to solve it, add a leader of fluorocarbon of about 6ft to the end of it and then attach your lure, bait etc to that, it will also reduce any shocks from hard biting fish. I like to use Berkley vanish as a leader when fishing braid.
