Grim Outlook For Oil Spill; Fishing Ban In Effect
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration has halted commercial and recreational fishing from Louisiana to parts of the Florida Panhandle. President Obama toured the region Sunday, saying he would spare no effort in trying to stop the “massive and potentially unprecedented environmental disaster.”
