Fishing Tackle Box Backpack
Necessities for 3 month backpack trip?
What would i need for a plan to backpack for approx. 3 months (summer time)?
Here is a list of what i be getting:
Car
Backpack (what kind is recommended? Any specific brands?)
Water canteens, First Aid kit, Rope, Compass, Maps
Water purification tools (chlorine and filters)
Mini tent (any good recommendations for 1 person tents?)
Warm jacket, Base Layer clothes, Socks, longsleeve shirts, comfy hiking shoes
Survival Knives
Cooking pot and mini butane stove
Fishing Pole & tackle box
Anything else? What should i leave out?
I definitely probably shoulda left off “car” from the list
Food… don’t plan on catching a fish everyday…
get some fire-starter sticks, those little jewels are awesome…
Also let someone know where your gonna be and set a check in date so if they don’t hear from you then can mount a rescue …
