Fishing Paradise Island Atlantis
Places to eat at Paradise Island & Nassau, Bahamas?
I’m traveling to Paradise Island & Nassau with 3 teenagers in the next two weeks and would like to know if anyone has suggestions for places to eat that won’t break the bank. I’ve already heard that the restaurants at Atlantis are extremely expensive so I will avoid those. Our hotel has a free continental breakfast that we will definitely take advantage of and I don’t mind getting lunch (like fish & chips) at the small stands throughout Atlantis but I’d like to get a few suggestions on good and affordable dinner places outside of Atlantis.
We will also be staying in Nassau our last 2 days at Cable beach so any suggestions on places to eat there would be greatly appreciated as well.

This last March we discovered a place called Montague Gardens. It is about a mile east of the bridge from Paradise Island. If you call them to make a reservation, they have a courtesy van that will pick you up at your hotel and bring you back after dinner, without cost. The building is older, but the service, quality of food and especially price are absolutely wonderful. We will be returning to the Harborside in March of 2011 and will certainly return there a couple times during the week. Good luck!
