Boulder is a Great City to Enjoy the Great Outdoors

Boulder, Colorado is currently one of the largest cities in Colorado. While it will most likely never grow as large as Denver, Boulder does offer its own glimpse on the Colorado culture and lifestyle. Do you know whether you would like to enjoy the great outdoors in all four seasons? Are you someone who is interested in working in the various industries around Boulder? Well, let us find out if you are a match!

Being able to enjoy yourself is important, especially if you are living somewhere. Boulder was recently rated as the number one sports town in the United States. You can enjoy a long hike, bike ride or simply walk through the amazing outdoors. The background with the Rocky mountains makes you feel as if you are in a book, instead of living your life in this amazing city.

Enjoying sports on land might be nice, but the sports on the water are also very intriguing. You can kayak down a river, fish, or even jump in for a swim in many of the lakes, streams and rivers that flow through the city of Boulder and the surrounding areas. The water is always clear and you are able to catch a variety of fish from it.

While being able to enjoy sports is wonderful, there comes a time when you must get down to work. Boulder is able to draw a lot of companies into its arms. The attractive outdoors feel, and the ability to be close to Denver makes companies put there offices in the city of Boulder compared to downtown Denver. Roads and airports are much closer to Boulder, and if it truly is necessary to get to Denver, you can be there in as little as one half hour.

Another great thing about Boulder, CO is that its home prices are currently very low. Unlike other areas around Denver that seem exclusive to rich people, Boulder still provides a home that is worth living in for middle and lower class income citizens. There are rich people who live in Boulder, but the overall income level is much lower than some of the other Denver suburbs. Being able to purchase a home in times like this is even easier in Boulder. Home prices are low, homes are very solidly built, and you will not likely see the home prices in Boulder drop any further!

You will not be able to move into Boulder at these low prices any time in the new future. With its amazing outdoor culture, Boulder is the perfect city for anyone who enjoys being able to enjoy the great outdoors. Being close to Denver can make a quick escape to any other part of the United States that you desire. However, if you are truly reluctant of the beauty of Boulder, check out the Google pictures of the Rocky Mountains. You will get to see all of this on a daily basis and be able to really feel at home in this wonderful environment.
