Fenwick Fishing Rods
Name all the brands of Fishing Rods you currently own.?
I currently have Fenwick, St. Croix, Shimano, Sage, Ugly Stik Lite, Browning, & Berkley. Do you have a “hoard” of freshwater rods too? (lol)
Calling my collection of fishing rods and tackle a “hoard” would be an accurate assessment. There are well over 150 of them. I have been fishing for over 4 decades and still have some of my first rods. The list would include most every major brand except for Ugly Stick which I sold at a garage sale, 12 ugly sticks for $100 and was happy to get rid of. I have several of the Original Lightning rods (extremely hard to find) some Pfluger rods (40+ yrs old) True Temper, Shakespeare,Daiwa, Mitchell, Lamiglas, Zebco (over 30 different styles) South Bend, Sportfisher (K Mart blue light specials woohoo), Lew’s, Eagle Claw,Bass Pro Bionic Blade, Shimano’s, Quantums, Bimini Bay, G-Blanks, Fenwick, Airrus, Abu, All Star, B&R Outlaw, Powell, G Loomis, Kistler, and last but not least a Ronco Pocket Fisherman. The bad part is I have reels for all of them and during the cold of winter while fishing is slow, I take all my bass reels apart, clean, oil & grease them. It usually takes several evenings to get-r-done. I use my bass rods and ultra lite most often but keep lots of spinning rods/reels and spincasting tackle for visitors to use on my pond. A good portion of these were inherited from my Dad after he passed away.
