Charter fishing in tampa bay, fl?
I have a friend visiting and he really wants to go on a chartered fishing trip. I have been looking around online for a reasonably priced half day fishing trip, preferably off shore, but in shore would be fine too. Are thre any that could be done for around $100/person? any personal experiences or info would be helpful. thank you.
Kind of agree with previous answer. While I don’t fish Tampa area, can tell you should book at least a 3/4 day (6 hr.) charter. And I don’t know of any you can get by with $100. Usually 3/4 day will run $600-$1000. But what he said makes sense, some do splits, where you can share the cost. Some offshore charters take as many as 6. Sorry can’t give you more info for Tampa area. Log onto Chevy Fl fishing reports. That may give you some answers.
