Does anyone know any Carp Fishing free in or around London who are productive?

Sorry I can not help you with areas around London. However, if you're ever in Sydney Australia there are literally hundreds of spots to go to (for example, the Nepean River) - all free. Not uncommon to catch fish over 5kg. In Australia, we consider them as pests, and you are not supposed to return to the water after capture.
